This policy explains what information we collect, why, how we protect it, and what your rights are. It complies with the <em>Private Sector Privacy Protection Act<\/em> of Quebec (Act 25).<\/p><h4>1. Information We Collect<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Contact Information:<\/strong> name, phone number, email address, work address.<\/li><li><strong>Information about your request:<\/strong> desired services, type of system (heat pump, air exchanger, ductwork, dryer), approximate square footage, and any additional details you provide.<\/li><li><strong>Contact Us:<\/strong> text messages, emails, and call notes related to your request or appointment.<\/li><li><strong>Appointments and Services:<\/strong> date, time, services performed, price, invoices, service report, and photos of the equipment before and after cleaning.<\/li><li><strong>Preferences:<\/strong> language, preferred method of contact, enrollment in the service reminder or referral program (referral code).<\/li><li><strong>Navigation data:<\/strong> See Section 8 (Witnesses).<\/li><\/ul><p>We do not collect any banking or credit card information through our website.<\/p><h4>3. How We Collect Them<\/h4><p>Directly with you, when you:<\/p><ul><li>Fill out the online submission or reservation form;<\/li><li>Call us, text us, or email us;<\/li><li>Get service at your home.<\/li><\/ul><h4>4. Why We Use Them<\/h4><ul><li>Respond to your request and send you a quote.<\/li><li>Schedule, confirm, and receive reminders for your appointments, and allow you to reschedule them online.<\/li><li>Perform the service, provide you with a report, and bill you.<\/li><li>Follow up on your request if you haven't responded yet.<\/li><li>Remind you of the time of your next appointment, if you're signed up for one.<\/li><li>Manage the \u00abRefer a Friend\u00bb program (codes and credits).<\/li><li>To keep you informed about our offers, unless you have unsubscribed.<\/li><li>To improve our services and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.<\/li><\/ul><p>We do not use your information for any other purposes without your consent, unless permitted by law.<\/p><h4>5. Consent and Withdrawal<\/h4><p>By providing us with your information, you consent to its use for the purposes described above. You may at any time:<\/p><ul><li>unsubscribe from our promotional communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to us;<\/li><li>Withdraw your consent by contacting the person in charge (Section 1).<\/li><\/ul><p>Canceling an appointment does not prevent the sending of messages necessary for an already scheduled appointment.<\/p><h4>6. Disclosure to Third Parties and Suppliers<\/h4><p>We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with vendors who help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary:<\/p><ul><li>hosting our customer database and our applications;<\/li><li>automation of our communications (emails, text messages);<\/li><li>phone calls and text messages;<\/li><li>email and calendar;<\/li><li>billing;<\/li><li>an artificial intelligence tool used to generate draft responses (see Section 7);<\/li><li>hosting and management of our website.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Accommodations outside Quebec.<\/strong> Some of these providers store information outside of Quebec, primarily in the United States. Before entrusting them with information, we assess whether the protection provided is adequate, in particular through a privacy impact assessment. Their use of the information is governed by an agreement that requires them to protect your information and to use it only to provide their services to us.<\/p><p>We may also disclose information when required by law.<\/p><h4>7. Automated Tools and Artificial Intelligence<\/h4><p>We use an artificial intelligence tool that analyzes your request and our correspondence to prepare a draft response or follow-up. <strong>No decisions regarding you are made solely by this tool:<\/strong> Every message is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before it is sent. Our appointment confirmations and reminders are sent automatically.<\/p><h4>8. Cookies and Analytics Tools<\/h4><p>Our website uses cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These tools help us understand how the website is used and measure the effectiveness of our ads. These tools may collect technical data, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate IP address. You can opt out of or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to function normally.<\/p><h4>9. Retention and Destruction<\/h4><ul><li>We retain your information for <strong>10 years since we last heard from you<\/strong>. This contact may be a service request, a new inquiry, or a response from you. Each new contact resets this timeframe. This timeframe allows us to track the maintenance of your equipment, which takes place over several years.<\/li><li>At the end of this period, or upon your request, your information will be destroyed or anonymized.<\/li><li><strong>Removal upon request:<\/strong> If you request that your information be deleted, we will delete it. We will retain only your name and contact information on a \u00abdo not contact\u00bb list, solely to comply with your request.<\/li><li><strong>Property History:<\/strong> We may store technical information about the property (address, system type, cleaning history) without linking it to your name. This information is never used to contact you.<\/li><li>Accounting documents, such as invoices, are retained for the periods specified by tax laws.<\/li><\/ul><h4>10. Safety<\/h4><p>We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, and unauthorized access: access is limited to those who need it, accounts are password-protected, communications are encrypted, and we use reputable service providers. In the event of a privacy incident that poses a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'information, as required by law.<\/p><h4>11. Your Rights<\/h4><p>You may request the following at any time:<\/p><ul><li>access to the information we have about you;<\/li><li>correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;<\/li><li>the deletion of your information or the withdrawal of your consent;<\/li><li>a copy of your information in a structured, commonly used digital format;<\/li><li>to know to whom we have disclosed them.<\/li><\/ul><p>Please submit your request in writing to the person in charge (Section 1). We will respond within 30 days.<\/p><h4>12. Complaints<\/h4><p>If you believe that your information has not been handled in accordance with the law, please write to our data protection officer first. We will handle your complaint promptly. You may also contact the <strong>Quebec Commission on Access to Information<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cai.gouv.qc.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.cai.gouv.qc.ca<\/a>).<\/p><h4>13.
